These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Cevren mobile application and the services, features, content, and functionality made available through it (collectively, “Cevren” or the “Service”). Cevren is provided by Cevren Health LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Cevren Health,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Please read these Terms carefully. They contain important provisions concerning your legal rights and obligations, including disclaimers of warranties, limitations of liability, and an agreement to resolve most disputes through binding individual arbitration rather than in court.
BY CREATING AN ACCOUNT, ACCESSING OR USING CEVREN, OR OTHERWISE AFFIRMATIVELY ACCEPTING THESE TERMS, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT ACCESS OR USE CEVREN.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Cevren.
Cevren is an educational and informational software application designed to help adults organize, track, and review information relating to protocols they choose to follow, including supplements, peptides, hormones, medications, laboratory results, subjective daily observations, and health and fitness information. Depending on the features you choose to use, Cevren may allow you to record protocol information and daily observations, view health and fitness information, import or upload laboratory results, extract information from Supplement Facts labels, generate scores and trends, use calculation tools, and request AI-assisted narrative analysis.
Cevren is not a healthcare provider, medical practice, pharmacy, laboratory, or telehealth service. Cevren does not practice medicine and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, dosing instructions, or individualized clinical recommendations. Your use of Cevren does not create a physician-patient, clinician-patient, pharmacist-patient, or other healthcare professional relationship between you and Cevren Health or anyone acting on our behalf.
Information displayed or generated through Cevren is provided solely for educational and informational purposes and is not a substitute for professional medical judgment, diagnosis, treatment, or monitoring. You should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional regarding medical conditions, symptoms, laboratory results, medications, supplements, peptides, hormones, dosing, interactions, adverse reactions, or changes to a treatment or protocol. You should not disregard or delay professional medical care because of information displayed or generated through Cevren.
Cevren is not intended for emergency use. If you believe you may be experiencing a medical emergency, seek immediate medical assistance.
Certain Cevren features use artificial intelligence to generate narrative analysis based on information you provide or make available to the Service. AI-generated information is probabilistic and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading, inconsistent, or otherwise incorrect. It may identify apparent relationships or patterns that are coincidental rather than clinically meaningful, and it may fail to identify information that a qualified healthcare professional would consider important.
AI-generated information is not independently reviewed or approved by a healthcare professional on Cevren’s behalf. You should not rely on AI-generated information as medical advice or as the basis for starting, stopping, changing, or determining the amount or frequency of any medication, supplement, peptide, hormone, treatment, or protocol.
Cevren may generate scores, trends, summaries, correlations, comparisons, or other derived information using data available to the Service. These outputs are informational tools only. They are not clinical measurements, diagnoses, predictions of medical outcomes, or determinations that one substance, protocol, behavior, or other factor caused a particular result.
Changes in your data may have many explanations. Cevren does not determine causation, and the display of an association or pattern should not be interpreted as establishing a medical or scientific relationship.
Cevren may allow you to enter laboratory results manually, upload laboratory reports for extraction, or import laboratory results that you choose to make available through Apple Health Records.
Cevren does not independently verify laboratory results, reference ranges, units, source documents, or information imported from third-party systems. Laboratory reference ranges may vary by laboratory, testing method, patient characteristics, and other factors. Information displayed through Cevren should be reviewed against the original laboratory report and discussed with a qualified healthcare professional when appropriate.
When you upload a laboratory document for extraction, the document may be processed by a third-party AI service as described in our Privacy Policy and the disclosure presented before upload. Apple Health Records imports are handled separately as described in our Privacy Policy.
Cevren may allow you to photograph a Supplement Facts panel so that information from the label can be extracted and entered into the Service. Automated extraction may misread, omit, or incorrectly interpret information. Product labels themselves may also contain errors, may change over time, or may differ from the product actually used.
You are responsible for reviewing extracted information against the product label and correcting any inaccuracies before relying on it. Cevren does not independently verify or endorse any supplement, manufacturer, product, ingredient, amount, or label information.
Cevren may provide a reconstitution calculator that performs mathematical calculations using information you enter, such as vial amount, vial size, intended amount, unit, and water volume. The calculator may display concentrations, corresponding syringe draw amounts, estimated numbers of doses, and warnings based on the mathematical inputs provided.
The reconstitution calculator is an informational calculation tool only. It does not determine whether a substance should be used, whether an intended dose is appropriate, what amount of a substance you should take, what diluent or volume should be used, or whether a protocol is safe or medically appropriate. Cevren does not independently verify the accuracy, compatibility, or appropriateness of the inputs you provide. You are responsible for verifying the inputs, units, calculations, product instructions, and protocol with an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before acting on the information.
Cevren is intended solely for adults who are at least 18 years old. By creating an account or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You may not access or use Cevren if you are under 18. You may not create an account for, permit use by, or knowingly provide access to Cevren to a person under 18.
We may suspend or terminate an account if we reasonably believe the user does not satisfy these eligibility requirements.
Certain features of Cevren require an account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating and maintaining your account and to keep information under your control reasonably current.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and device and for activity occurring through your account. You may not permit another person to use your account or attempt to access another user's account without authorization.
Cevren may use Sign in with Apple or another permitted authentication service. Your use of a third-party authentication service is also subject to that provider's applicable terms and privacy practices.
If you believe your account or credentials have been compromised, contact us promptly at [email protected].
You may use Cevren only for lawful, personal purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You may not use the Service to violate applicable law; infringe or misappropriate another person's rights; access another person's account or health information without authorization; submit health or other sensitive information about another person without appropriate authorization; impersonate another person; interfere with or disrupt the Service; introduce malware or harmful code; probe, scan, or test the vulnerability or security of the Service without written authorization; circumvent access controls, usage limits, subscription restrictions, or other technical measures; scrape or systematically extract data from the Service except as expressly permitted by us; reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code except to the extent a restriction on such activity is prohibited by law; use the Service to develop or train a competing product or model without our written permission; or use Cevren to provide medical care, diagnosis, prescribing, or treatment to another person.
You may not use Cevren in a manner that could reasonably damage, disable, overburden, impair, or compromise the Service or interfere with another user's use of it.
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, Cevren, our service providers, or others, or to comply with law.
Cevren may offer free functionality and paid features through a subscription plan, currently referred to as Premium. The features included in each tier may change as the Service develops. The current features, subscription periods, and prices available to you will be displayed in the application or through Apple's App Store before you purchase a subscription.
Premium may include features such as AI-assisted analysis, laboratory upload and tracking, extended historical information, and other functionality identified in the Service. Availability of a feature does not mean that the feature is appropriate for any particular medical or health-related purpose.
Paid subscriptions purchased through the iOS application are processed by Apple through the App Store. Cevren Health does not receive or store your complete payment-card information for those transactions.
Your purchase, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund rights are also subject to Apple's applicable terms and App Store procedures.
If you purchase an automatically renewing subscription, your subscription will renew for successive subscription periods unless you cancel it through your Apple account in accordance with Apple's applicable procedures before the renewal is processed.
The price charged for a renewal will be the then-applicable subscription price presented through the App Store, subject to any notice, consent, or other requirements imposed by Apple or applicable law.
You are responsible for managing and cancelling your subscription through the applicable Apple account settings. Deleting Cevren from your device or deleting your Cevren account does not, by itself, cancel an App Store subscription.
Except where otherwise required by law, purchases made through the App Store are subject to Apple's applicable refund policies and procedures. Cevren Health does not independently control Apple's approval or denial of App Store refund requests.
Cevren may offer free trials, beta access, promotional access, or other limited offers. Eligibility, duration, included features, and other conditions may be stated when the offer is made.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, temporary free access does not create a right to continued free access and does not guarantee that a feature will remain available or free after the applicable trial, beta, or promotional period.
Cevren will not automatically convert free beta access into a paid App Store subscription without the affirmative purchase or authorization required by Apple.
Your use of Cevren may involve information that you enter, upload, import, connect, or otherwise make available to the Service, including protocol information, daily logs, notes, laboratory information, photographs, and information made available through Apple Health or Apple Health Records.
As between you and Cevren Health, you retain your rights in the information you provide to Cevren. You grant Cevren Health a limited, nonexclusive license to host, process, reproduce, transmit, display, and otherwise use that information only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and operate the Service, comply with your requests and enabled features, enforce these Terms, and comply with applicable law. This license does not authorize Cevren Health to sell your consumer health data or use it for advertising.
Our collection, use, disclosure, retention, and deletion of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy. Certain features also provide specific disclosures or request permission before particular information is accessed or transmitted. Those feature-specific disclosures and permissions supplement these Terms and our privacy policies.
You are responsible for information you choose to enter, upload, import, or otherwise make available through Cevren and for ensuring that you have the right to provide that information.
Cevren may allow you to connect or permit access to information through Apple Health, Apple Health Records, or other supported services.
Cevren will access only categories of information for which the applicable service and your permissions provide access. You may be able to modify or revoke permissions through Apple or the applicable connected service. Revoking permission generally prevents future access through that connection but may not automatically delete information previously imported into Cevren. Information already stored by Cevren remains subject to the deletion rights and procedures described in our Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.
Cevren does not control the accuracy, completeness, availability, security, or continued operation of Apple Health, Apple Health Records, healthcare-provider connections, or other third-party data sources. Information obtained through a connected source may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, duplicated, or unavailable.
The availability of a connection does not constitute Cevren's endorsement of the underlying data source, healthcare provider, device, product, or service.
Cevren relies on third-party services to provide certain functionality. These may include infrastructure, authentication, subscription-management, payment, AI-processing, and platform services. Current data practices and relevant service providers are described in our Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.
Third-party products and services may be governed by their own terms, policies, technical requirements, and availability. Cevren Health does not control third-party systems and cannot guarantee their uninterrupted availability or accuracy.
Nothing in this Section limits any responsibility Cevren Health has under applicable law for its own conduct or for processing performed on its behalf where applicable law imposes such responsibility.
Cevren may make beta, testing, preview, experimental, or other pre-release versions or features available before a general commercial release. A beta or pre-release feature may be incomplete, contain defects or errors, change without notice, perform differently from a final release, or be discontinued.
You should not rely on beta or pre-release functionality for medical decisions, emergencies, preservation of your only copy of information, or any purpose requiring uninterrupted or error-free operation.
During a beta period, Cevren may make features, including Premium features, available without charge. Free beta access is temporary unless we expressly state otherwise. We may change the features, usage limits, eligibility, or availability of a beta program as development progresses.
We may impose reasonable usage limits on features, including AI functionality, to protect the Service, control resource usage, maintain security, or support testing.
Cevren, including its software, interfaces, design, graphics, text, features, scoring methodologies, compilations, branding, trademarks, logos, and other content provided by Cevren Health, is owned by or licensed to Cevren Health and is protected by intellectual property and other applicable laws.
Subject to these Terms and any applicable Apple license terms, Cevren Health grants you a limited, personal, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable, and non-sublicensable right to access and use the Service for your own lawful, noncommercial use.
Except for this limited right, these Terms do not transfer to you any ownership interest in Cevren or Cevren Health's intellectual property.
If you provide comments, suggestions, or other feedback concerning the Service, you grant Cevren Health the right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you, provided that this provision does not grant us rights in your personal information or consumer health data beyond those described in our privacy policies.
We may update, modify, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features of Cevren as the Service develops. We do not guarantee that any particular feature, integration, score, analysis method, data source, or third-party service will remain available indefinitely.
We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, security, technical issues, suspected misuse, legal compliance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Cevren is not intended to serve as the sole repository for information you need to retain. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate copies of information that you consider important.
If we discontinue a paid Service in circumstances where applicable law or Apple's rules require a remedy, we will comply with those requirements.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CEVREN AND ALL CONTENT, FEATURES, CALCULATIONS, SCORES, ANALYSES, EXTRACTIONS, IMPORTS, OUTPUTS, AND OTHER INFORMATION MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SERVICE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cevren Health disclaims all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, noninfringement, accuracy, reliability, availability, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
Without limiting the foregoing, Cevren Health does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components; that information obtained from you or a third-party source will be complete or accurate; that laboratory information, label extraction, calculations, scores, trends, or AI-generated output will be accurate or appropriate for your circumstances; that errors will be identified or corrected; or that use of Cevren will produce any particular health, medical, physical, financial, or other outcome.
Cevren does not warrant or endorse any medication, supplement, peptide, hormone, product, protocol, laboratory, healthcare provider, manufacturer, pharmacy, or other third party merely because information concerning it can be entered, displayed, processed, or discussed through the Service.
You acknowledge that health-related information can be complex and that errors in user-entered data, source documents, third-party data, unit selection, extraction, calculations, software, or AI-generated output may affect information displayed through the Service. You remain responsible for independently reviewing information before acting upon it.
Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties. In those jurisdictions, the foregoing exclusions apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CEVREN HEALTH LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS, GOODWILL, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO CEVREN OR THESE TERMS, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY AND EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF CEVREN HEALTH LLC AND THE OTHER CEVREN PARTIES FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU ACTUALLY PAID FOR CEVREN DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
The limitations in this Section apply to the maximum extent permitted by law regardless of whether a claim arises in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, statute, or another legal theory.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability to the extent that such liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or intentional misconduct where applicable law prohibits such limitation. Nothing in these Terms limits any nonwaivable consumer right or remedy.
The parties agree that the limitations in this Section are an essential part of the allocation of risk reflected in these Terms.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cevren Health LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against third-party claims, actions, proceedings, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising from or relating to: (a) your unlawful or unauthorized use of the Service; (b) information or material you submit through the Service in violation of another person's rights; (c) your infringement or misappropriation of another person's intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights; or (d) your material violation of these Terms.
Cevren Health will provide reasonable notice of a covered claim and may control the defense and settlement of the claim. You agree to provide reasonable cooperation in the defense. You may not settle a claim in a manner that admits wrongdoing by Cevren Health, imposes nonmonetary obligations on Cevren Health, or otherwise materially affects Cevren Health without our prior written consent.
This Section does not require you to indemnify Cevren Health for claims resulting from Cevren Health's own unlawful conduct to the extent such an obligation would be prohibited by applicable law.
You may stop using Cevren at any time. You may delete your Cevren account through the account-deletion functionality described in the Service and our Privacy Policy.
Deleting your Cevren account does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription. If you have an active paid subscription, you must separately manage or cancel that subscription through Apple.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Cevren if you materially violate these Terms, use the Service unlawfully or fraudulently, create a security or safety risk, interfere with the Service or other users, or if suspension or termination is reasonably necessary to comply with law or protect Cevren, our users, or third parties.
Where reasonable under the circumstances, we may provide notice before termination. Immediate action may be taken where necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or prevention of harm.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, disputes, and general terms, will survive.
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO HAVE CERTAIN DISPUTES DECIDED BY A COURT OR JURY AND YOUR ABILITY TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or Cevren are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent federal law governs a particular issue.
This choice of law does not deprive you of any consumer protection that cannot lawfully be waived under the law otherwise applicable to you.
Before initiating arbitration, either party must first provide the other with written notice describing the dispute and the relief requested and allow at least 30 days for a good-faith attempt to resolve the matter informally.
Notices to Cevren must be sent to [email protected] and should include sufficient information for us to identify the relevant account and understand the dispute. Cevren may send a dispute notice to the email address associated with your account.
If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days after receipt of the notice, either party may proceed with arbitration or another proceeding expressly permitted below.
Except for disputes expressly excluded below, you and Cevren Health agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, Cevren, or the relationship between you and Cevren Health will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis.
The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this arbitration agreement.
Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect, as modified by these Terms. Information concerning the AAA and its applicable rules is available from the AAA.
Unless the arbitrator determines that an in-person hearing is necessary, the arbitration may be conducted based on written submissions, by telephone, or by videoconference, consistent with the applicable rules and the circumstances of the dispute.
Payment of filing, administration, and arbitrator fees will be governed by the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules and applicable law. Cevren will not seek to shift its arbitration fees or costs to you except where permitted by the applicable rules and law.
The arbitrator may award any individual remedy or relief that would be available in a court of competent jurisdiction, subject to these Terms and applicable law. The arbitrator will issue a reasoned decision when required by the applicable rules.
Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if the claim qualifies and remains on an individual basis.
Either party may seek temporary or preliminary injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to preserve the status quo or prevent imminent harm pending arbitration.
Nothing in this Section prevents either party from reporting a matter to, or seeking relief that is available through, a federal, state, or local government agency.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND CEVREN HEALTH AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF, CLAIMANT, OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION OR PROCEEDING.
Unless both parties agree otherwise in writing, an arbitrator may not consolidate the claims of more than one person and may not preside over a class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding.
If applicable law prohibits enforcement of this waiver as to a particular claim or request for relief, that claim or request will be severed and may proceed in court after completion of any arbitrable individual claims, to the extent permitted by law.
To the extent a dispute is permitted to proceed in court rather than arbitration, YOU AND CEVREN HEALTH EACH WAIVE, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANY RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY.
You may opt out of the arbitration agreement in this Section by sending written notice to [email protected] within 30 days after the date you first accept these Terms. Your notice must state that you are opting out of arbitration and include the name and email address associated with your Cevren account so that we can identify your request.
Opting out of arbitration will not affect the remaining provisions of these Terms or your ability to use Cevren.
For a dispute that is not subject to arbitration and is not properly brought in small claims court, you and Cevren Health consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida, except where applicable law gives you a nonwaivable right to bring a proceeding elsewhere.
If you access or download Cevren through Apple's App Store, you acknowledge and agree that these Terms are between you and Cevren Health, not Apple, and that Cevren Health, not Apple, is responsible for Cevren and its content, except as otherwise provided by applicable Apple terms.
Your license to use the Cevren application is subject to Apple's applicable Licensed Application End User License Agreement and usage rules. To the extent required by Apple's applicable terms, your license is limited to a nontransferable license to use Cevren on Apple-branded products that you own or control and as permitted by the applicable usage rules, including applicable Family Sharing or volume-purchasing functionality.
Cevren Health is responsible for providing maintenance and support for Cevren to the extent required by applicable law or these Terms. Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support services for Cevren.
To the extent any warranty concerning Cevren cannot be effectively disclaimed under applicable law, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price, if any, paid for the application as provided by Apple's applicable terms. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to Cevren.
As between Apple and Cevren Health, Cevren Health is responsible for addressing claims relating to Cevren or your possession or use of it, including product-liability claims, claims that Cevren fails to conform to an applicable legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer-protection, privacy, or similar legislation, except to the extent otherwise provided by applicable law.
If a third party claims that Cevren or your possession and use of Cevren infringes that party's intellectual property rights, Cevren Health, and not Apple, will be responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of the claim to the extent required by Apple's applicable terms.
You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated by the U.S. Government as a “terrorist supporting” country and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using Cevren.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Section and, upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right to enforce the applicable provisions against you as a third-party beneficiary.
We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to Cevren, our business practices, applicable law, or other legitimate operational needs.
If we make a material change, we will provide notice in a manner reasonably appropriate to the nature of the change, which may include an in-app notice or notice to the email address associated with your account. Where applicable law requires affirmative consent to a change, or where a change materially affects an existing agreement to arbitrate or another provision requiring renewed assent, we will request that consent before applying the change as required.
The “Last Updated” date at the beginning of these Terms identifies the date of the current version.
Your continued use of Cevren after a nonmaterial change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy, applicable feature-specific consents and disclosures, and Apple's applicable license terms, constitute the agreement governing your use of Cevren with respect to their respective subject matter.
If a feature-specific consent provides greater control over the collection or disclosure of particular information, that consent will govern the applicable processing to the extent required by law.
Except as otherwise expressly provided in the arbitration provisions, if any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
A failure or delay by Cevren Health to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision or any other provision later.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under them without our prior written consent.
Cevren Health may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, financing, sale of assets, transfer of the Service, or by operation of law, subject to applicable privacy and consumer-protection requirements.
These Terms do not create a partnership, joint venture, employment, fiduciary, agency, healthcare-provider, or professional relationship between you and Cevren Health.
You agree that notices and communications concerning the Service may be provided electronically, including through Cevren or by email, subject to applicable law. Electronic notices satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing to the extent permitted by law.
Section headings are provided for convenience and do not affect interpretation of these Terms.
